Functional Capacity Assessments
CYconnect is now offering Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) for NDIS participants with psychosocial NDIS access disabilities.
As Support Coordinators & accredited Social Workers, we are uniquely qualified to create excellent FCAs capturing disability-specific support needs and NDIS funding requirements.
CYconnect MindGym
MindGym is an innovative, CBT group programme created by CYconnect for NDIS participants who are experiencing anxiety and/or depression.
Attending MindGym is in many ways like attending regular training sessions at an actual gym, giving participants the opportunity to develop, practice and improve their skills and strategies in a safe & supported space.
MindGym is rooted in evidence-based practice and will be delivered by CBT trained group facilitators at the CYconnect office (Mt. Gravatt East) over the course of 12 weeks with a maximum of 4 participants attending each session.
